Buttery soft leather is featured on this hunter green saddle. Except for the metal pieces, this is an example of how a monochromatic color palette can simplify and enhance a subject. Here, it allows the saddle to look strong and elegant. My artwork is inspired by my Grandfather, a cowboy in his younger days, whose stories I heard as a child made me fall in love with all things Western. Oil on Gallery Wrapped Canvas.
